Submitted to Connexions to premiere in 2000. The vidder considered this vid to be gen, but many viewers consider it slash. Like a lot of vidders, Beth would prefer not to label her vids, but understands archiving may require it. It’s definitely a relationship vid.

I have adored this vid since I first received a video tape in the mail with all of Beth’s videos. It was just a fan sending another fan her art through another fan, Carol, the intermediary in the early 1990s. This video does such an artful job of comparing Starsky and Hutch’s relationship to Starsky’s girlfriend. It pegs what is so darn special about what they have that nobody else does. It’s what made the show special and why I am a hardcore fan to this day. Beth was a master, considering what she had to do to produce this vid. And to find this song…. It demonstrates how a really good content quality vid can endure the test of time; the very definition of a classic.
