One of my favorite themes of S&H is the compassion they have for the downtrodden people around them, and I think this vid explores that theme well, as well as the theme of burnout. Good use of patterns of character types and actions, too.
Thank you for the kind words. This one actually moved me, too, while making it—when thinking about all of the people who are the casualties of this war. They are, in the end, the reason Starsky and Hutch chose this path in life for themselves, to defend the downtrodden. Just one more reason we love them so. Thank you again!
What a unique take–I’ve seen plenty of vids that show how the job saps the life and hope out of Starsky and Hutch, but not sure an extense litany of pain and death. Great choice of clips. I also really resonated with your artist use of the printed word on the screen…it reinforced your message without being a hammer. Really lovely work. Thank you for vidding and sharing.
